As a military service member, I designed the Attach-A-Patch to meet the specific needs I had to mount patches on MOLLE webbing where hook-and-loop wasn't available. I also needed the ability to change out patches from time to time, so the Attach-A-Patch had to be removeable and reusable easily and reliably. 

As a uniform supplier, I heard from my customers who had similar challenges and needed the product to perform as highly as they were required to. That's why when it came time to produce the product, I insisted that the backing be rugged PVC rubber with the loop material being glued and stitched to ensure the Attach-A-Patch would stand up to the rigors of service.
